Samantha tested out the John Frieda Precision Foam Colour £6.66 in Medium Copper Brown*
"The packaging is stylish, smart and has a 'feel good' factor to it with beautiful photographs. There are black rubber gloves to apply the product which is different to the normal, flimsy gloves you usually get. The instructions are easy to follow but you must read them first as this is not like other hair dyes. After mixing the dye you squeeze the foam out of the bottle rather than pump it, which is much easier to do. The foam is creamy and non-drip, very easy to apply and virtually mess free. You get a huge amount of product and it covered my shoulder-length, very thick hair, with some still left over. The foam smells fruity and not of chemicals which is a pleasant change.
I left it on for 30 minutes and the colour was exactly as promised on the packaging picture - beautiful, even and rich. The conditioner is nice and there is plenty of it. I found it easy to remove any stains on my skin with baby oil and no dye was left behind.
I think this product is excellent, good value for money and it will be replacing my usual hair dye – I love it!"
