Caudalie Cleansing Water

I thought I would try the Caudalie Cleansing Water £14.50 as I'm a huge fan of the Bioderma Cleanser and it's supposedly very similar.

This cleanser is used with cotton wool pads and it removes all makeup, including eye makeup, and is suitable for all skin types including sensitive - I have sensitive eyes and it didn't sting at all.  I have also used it as a toner after a creamy cleanser.

If I had never used Bioderma I would probably think the Caudalie Cleansing Water was really great but for me it's not quite as good.  It didn't clean off my eye makeup as well as Bioderma and it took quite a few soaked cotton pads to get rid of my mascara; however, it was good at cleaning off other makeup.  My skin felt very clean afterwards but there was a slight moisturising residue which for me didn't feel as fresh as when I use Bioderma.  I think if you have dry skin this would really work for you but because I have normal/combination I didn't want the extra moisture.

I've read quite a few glowing reviews of this cleansing water and it seems to be loved by people who want quick, easy cleansing and have dry skin - this is who I think should buy it and would enjoy it.
